Do I need an existing online store?
No. Most of our clients are starting from scratch. We handle the full build — store, products, fulfillment setup — from the ground up. If you do have an existing store, we can take it over and optimize it.
Who owns the store, data, and inventory?
You do. Always. You're the merchant of record, and all customer data, order history, and inventory belong to you. If you ever leave, everything comes with you.
What does the inventory investment look like?
You fund a working capital deposit that we use to produce and restock your products. The amount depends on your brand and product mix — we'll scope this together before anything is committed. Your money, your inventory.
What happens if I want to leave?
You keep everything — the store, customer data, remaining inventory. We provide a clean transition with full documentation. No lock-in tricks.
Do I need to do anything day-to-day?
Very little. You approve product designs and pricing decisions. We handle operations, fulfillment, customer service, and reporting. Expect to spend a few hours per month, not per day.
